Ingredients:
3 lbs. of chicken wings
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. of paprika
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for dipping
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
reheat your AOG grill to medium-high heat (around 400-450°F).
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.
Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and toss with the spice rub until evenly coated.
Place the wings on the preheated grill, making sure they are not touching each other. Close the lid and grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning once or twice, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
Brush the wings with your favorite BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 5 minutes, until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
Remove the wings from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping and lemon wedges for garnish.
